Wilderness First Aid (WFA) | August 8th & 9th, 2026

Are you ready to manage medical problems with confidence — especially when help is far away?

Whether you consider yourself new to outdoor recreation, a weekend warrior, or seasoned adventurer… Wilderness First Aid (WFA) training is essential to being confident and competent in the outdoors.

Join Katie Woods, lead instructor for Wilderness Medical Associates (WMA) and owner of First Aid Outdoors, to practice critical thinking and learn crucial medical skills to keep yourself and friends healthy and happy on trail.

Learning happens through plenty of hands-on skills and scenario practice, group discussion, and case studies. Classes stay small on purpose (between 6-12 students) to ensure quality of group discussion and better 1:1 instructor attention.
